For Catherine Weir, home is more than a place — it’s a feeling. Having grown up in New Zealand and moved to the U.S. in 2004, Catherine understands firsthand what it’s like to relocate to a new area and put down roots. Since her move, she’s become an expert in the local real estate market and puts her skills to work helping buyers and sellers on their real estate journeys.

Prior to real estate, Catherine completed her graduate studies in New Zealand and was a Doctoral candidate researching Multiple Sclerosis. Now, she uses that same intelligence, dedication and passion to help her clients relocate to and from the greater Seattle area. As a Certified Relocation Specialist, she’s well-equipped to handle out-of-state moves by providing remote property tours and coordinating the logistics of moving long distance.

Armed with the latest market data, trend analysis and years of insight, Catherine is a tough negotiator and valued ally in the process. In her free time, Catherine can be found traveling, enjoying time with friends and family and pursuing her athletic abilities at the gym.
